Director of Marketing-Broadband at Antietam Cable Television LLC in Hagerstown, Maryland

Job Description:

We are seeking a Director of Marketing for our Broadband Division!  As the Director of Marketing-Broadband, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing our overall marketing strategy between our six broadband locations across the country. You will be helping the VP of Marketing and Strategy to drive initiatives to enhance brand visibility, customer acquisition, and revenue growth. This role requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of market trends, consumer behavior, and a proven track record of successful marketing campaigns.

Job Type: Full-time

Rate: $125,000-$150,000/year

Location: REMOTE with occasional travel

Primary Responsibilities Include:

• Work with creative, digital and press agencies to create impactful marketing assets that deliver the brand message and effective call to action strategies.


• Write, edit and develop engaging content that leads brand forward, drives action, translates functionality to value propositions and garners a competitive edge.


• Ensure Brand guidelines are impactful and consistent.


• Execute, in conjunction with 3rd party agencies and properties, a strategic communication cadence through press and social.


• Develop Turnkey playbooks to be utilized across our six properties.


• Collaborating with the Sales team to develop targeted campaigns that support the sales cycle and ensure marketing efforts are driving qualified leads, nurturing prospects, accelerating the sales cycle, and driving revenue growth.


• Collaborate with a team of marketing professionals across our entire footprint, providing guidance and support and fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

The successful Marketing Director has:

• Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or another related field


• 10 years of progressive practical related work experience in a leadership role


• 7 years of marketing experience in Broadband or large MSO environment


• 5 years of experience with 3rd party advertising and public relations partners


• Advanced content and creative editing experience


• Excellent Excel, Presentation and Project Roadmap skills


• Strong knowledge of fiber internet, video and mobile product strategies


• Strong interpersonal and communication skills


• Ability to multi-task efficiently
