CLP team members spend their days implementing community-based recreational activities/outings, and providing supports to meet our consumers' physical, emotional, and interpersonal needs. No Nights or Weekends!

Hours and Benefits of the DSP:
The minimum pay rate for this position is $18.00/hour. Education and experience are also considered when extending offers.Monday Friday: Approx. 7:00 am to 3:30 pm - No Nights or Weekends required!Full Time Position Benefits also include:

Responsibilities of the DSP:
Provide supervision to clients in recreational activities, meal times and other various activities in a day program setting and out in the community.Provide quality assistance with all personal cares..Provide and assist clients with medication.Provide and assist with hooking up wheelchairs and using lift vehicles.Community Integration/engagement: staff are responsible for the interaction of the work team with the work community and population at large.The use of behavior modification principles: Assist in interaction through positive reinforcement, positive programming, engagement and the use of alternative communication strategies.Complete administrative tasks in a timely manner.Attend all required and requested staff meetings and training.Assist in the transportation of client using OS vehicles and follow agency Transportation policies.
