InterDigital is looking to hire a Total RewardsLeader to join the People team. Reporting directly to the Chief People Officer, this role will be responsible for leading our Total Rewards function.
In this role, you will be responsible for driving and managing the development and continuous improvement of our global total rewards programs, including managing the execution of global benefits, compensation, and equity programs that help us attract and retain the best talent. In addition, you'll manage an experienced HR Systems (Workday) and HR operations team.
This is a 6-8 month leave coverage position. Ideally, the role will operate on a hybrid schedule, working 2-3 days per week from home, and 2-3 days per week in our Conshohocken, PA office.
