Property Operations Manager- $70K-75K, DC at Beacon Hill Staffing Group, LLC in Washington, Washington DC

Job Description:

Our client, a real estate development and property management company in Washington, DC, has an immediate need for direct-hire Property Operations Manager to join their team!


About the Job:

• Work closely with Property Manager to prioritize client satisfaction and experience.


• Manage lease proposals, conduct property tours for potential clients, and support event programming to foster a community atmosphere.


• Manage all aspects of annual budget forecasting, development and tracking, including operating budgets and capital plans, financial reporting, and third-party vendors proposals/contracts for renovation and construction projects.


• Facilitate office space development for new clients and supervise building projects including major renovations and maintenance projects.

About You:

• 3+ years of previous real estate property/operations management, or hotel/hospitality, experience is required.


• A bachelor's degree in a related field is required.


• Strong budgeting and forecasting skills; adept and reporting and presenting on budget status.


• Collaborative leader with excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, a passion for creating exceptional client experiences, in a fast-paced environment.

About the Position:

• $70K-$75K, depending on experience.


• Hours are 9:00am-5:00pm.


• 100% onsite in Washington, DC.
