Development Program Manager - $40/hr-$45/hr - DC at Beacon Hill Staffing Group, LLC in Washington, Washington DC

Job Description:

Our client, a medical focused non-profit, seeks a long-term temporary Development Program Manager to join their Washington, DC office for 1 year!


Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to define strategic direction and objectives and develop engagement strategies to drive participation and retention.


• Assess community needs to inform decisions, enhance experiences, and support the setting and monitoring of performance goals for community initiatives and organizational objectives.


• Manage a portfolio of projects, defining scope, goals, and deliverables, and tracking progress against milestones.


• Oversee timelines, budgets, and cross-functional teams for program success, monitoring and reporting on KPIs, progress, and insights.


• Work with marketing, content, and technology teams, fostering teamwork and communication among members.


• Optimize community platform usage, stay updated on trends and best practices, provide guidance to community managers, and propose initiatives to recognize and reward active community contributors.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of digital program management experience is required.


• A bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field is required.


• Experience with membership and/or familiarity in academics is preferred.


• Proficiency with portfolio management/collaboration tolls and software is required.


• Knowledge of community management best practices and technology is highly desired.


• Strong oral communication skills and excellent time management skills.

Position Information:

• $40/hr-$45/hr, depending on experience.


• Temporary position lasting 1 year.


• Hours are 9:00am-5:00pm.


• Remote-local.


• Washington, DC office.
