Minnesota North College is seeking to fill a permanent, full-time Dean of Student Success, Equity & Inclusion.
This position provides leadership, management, strategic direction, policy development, and administrative oversight of student success, equity, and inclusion for Minnesota North College. The Dean provides critical leadership with faculty and staff while working in concert with Academic and Student Affairs Leadership to advance Equity 2030 with a college-wide focus on providing a range of co-curricular services and programs to support student success, enhance student retention and student sense of belonging, and meet the diverse educational needs of students and the college communities.
This position will provide oversight for the Aspire North grant and initiatives for promoting a culture that supports equity, diversity, and inclusion (EDI). This includes leadership for the campus diversity officers and EDI teams; provide opportunities for training, growth, and dialogue with each campus community on issues of diversity, equity, and inclusion; assist the College in the development, implementation, evaluation, and monitoring of policies/procedures with an EDI lens; and leading the Bias Incident Response Team.
This position requires occasional travel to Minnesota North College campuses.
Work Location: This position may be located at any of the Minnesota North College campuses.
Work Hours: Monday Friday; 40 hours per week
Salary Range: $93,713 - $149,940
