About Us: investing in Mantas, a transaction monitoring software from Oracle, as part of our Anti-Money Laundering (AML) group's technical environment. We aim to release this software by the third quarter of next year. The project is centered in our Summit, NJ office. As an FCCM Analyst, you'll work independently within a Kanban structure, collaborating with a fully US-based team of approximately nine members. Our focus is on bringing in large volumes of data to enhance our AML capabilities.


Responsibilities:

• Configure and maintain Mantas (formerly known as OFSAA) for transaction monitoring.


• Migrate Oracle scenarios from one environment to another.


• Create and manage batches for transaction analysis.


• Administer the Mantas application.


• Collaborate with production teams on deployments.


• Participate in Sprint days (usually Tuesdays and Wednesdays) by being present in the office.

Qualifications:

• Experience with Oracle Mantas/FCCM (Financial Crime and Compliance)/OFSAA (Oracle Financial Services Analytical Applications) is desirable.


• Proficiency in FCCM configuration.


• Strong knowledge of Unix and PL/SQL.


• Ability to develop Mantas scenarios.


• Familiarity with Autosys.


• Excellent understanding of PL/SQL.

Additional Information:

• Candidates with more years of experience and the ability to convert without sponsorship are preferred.


• Experienced candidates often refer to themselves as Mantas Developers and specialize in being subject matter experts (SMEs) on this software.

Key Duties:

Conduct discovery sessions to confirm configuration and threshold parameters for all models within the FCCM components, specifically the Anti Money Laundering Enterprise edition.

Customize out-of-the-box (OOTB) scenarios using Scenario Manager.

Gain expertise in MANTAS data models, including Client and FSDM.

Evaluate data quality and adequacy for running models.

Assist with both production and non-production deployments.

Collaborate with Oracle's resources to ensure successful deployment of the FCCM suite of applications.
