Job Description:

Ledgent is hiring an experienced Senior Staff Accountant to contribute to the success of our client's growing accounting department. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting principles, financial reporting, and a proven track record of delivering accurate and timely results.


Responsibilities:

• Prepare & analyze financial statements


• Oversee general ledger accounting


• Take ownership of both month-end & year-end closing processes


• Collaborate with department heads to develop & manage budgets

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Accounting or Finance


• Masters degree or CPA is a plus


• 5-7 years of progressive experience


• Strong knowledge of US GAAP
