RESPONSIBILITIES:

Kforce has a telecommunications client looking for a Product Manager with Business Analyst experience in Stamford, CT.

Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Product Manager with a strong background as a Business Analyst and Project Manager to join our team. This role demands a thorough understanding of both agile and waterfall methodologies, cross-collaboration skills, and the ability to bridge the gap between business and technical teams. The successful candidate will possess deep product knowledge and be capable of providing status updates, managing risks, and taking immediate ownership of a mid-project.

Key Responsibilities:


  • Project Ownership: Quickly understand the current state of the project and take immediate ownership to drive it to completion

  • Collaboration: Work closely with business and technical teams to ensure requirements are well-documented and understood by all stakeholders

  • Agile & Waterfall: Utilize a mix of agile and waterfall methodologies to manage the product lifecycle effectively

  • Communication: Regularly provide status updates to stakeholders and facilitate cross-functional collaboration

  • Risk Management: Identify potential risks, such as QA issues, and understand their impact on project timelines; Develop and implement mitigation strategies

  • Tool Utilization: Proficiently use tools such as JIRA, Chalk, Excel, PowerPoint, and other MS Office applications to manage project tasks and documentation







REQUIREMENTS:



  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst and Product Owner

  • Requirements & Documentation: Expertise in gathering requirements, creating documentation, and effectively communicating with both business and technical teams

  • QA Understanding: In-depth understanding of QA processes and their implications on timelines and project success

  • Product Lifecycle: Extensive experience managing the entire product lifecycle

  • Tools Proficiency: Advanced knowledge of JIRA and Microsoft Office suite, including PowerPoint and Excel

  • Risk Identification: Ability to identify risks and understand the impact of QA issues on project timelines

Nice-to-Have Qualifications:

  • Industry Experience: Experience in digital, telecom, or outage management






The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.



We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
