Job Description:
Product Engineer Lead as primary tech product interfaces to OEM&tier 1 customers on EV thermal mgmt components incl. Multi-ports CBV, TXV, RD&TBV etc. to fulfill component dgsn requirements towards cost-saving, performance, package&subsystem-wise; Support engr. program team in product dvlpmnt deliverables from full dvlpmnt lifecycle incl. functional dgsn reviews, dgsn/process validation planning, draft DFMEA/PFMEA, optimize CAD models&FEA simulation; Attend wkly PDT meetings w/ customers&support in engr. change process&cost reduction initiatives. During early stage, analyze tech reqmt &propose CM for target products; Coordinate dsgn&dvlpmnt activities of thermal mgmt components w/ internal team in events of Proto&production tooled sample builds&delivery; Conduct prelim.product A&S plan on warranty/design fault parts before transitioning to QA team.
