Reporting to the Associate Director of Prospect Research and serving as a member of the Prospect Development (PD) team within the Office of University Advancement (UA), the Prospect Research Coordinator will provide support to the Associate Director of Prospect Research by assisting with the coordination and execution of projects directly related to the identification and qualification of major gift prospects, as well as the completion of various research requests from frontline officers, UA leadership, and University leadership. This position will also provide dedicated support to the Associate Director for due diligence research and will manage Research audits, seeking opportunities to create new processes through collaboration with team members and their daily tasks and needs. These tasks include, but are not limited to: utilizing research tools and resources to update information and identify emerging leaders in various industries; ensure that prospects identified via proactive and other research projects have up-to-date records; organize research materials for leadership briefings in support of events and other campaign activities requiring research; assist with high-volume requests such as updated biographical and contact information, capacity rating analyses, and news alerts; and leverage reports in support of Research activities while also acting as a liaison between Prospect Research and Advancement Services as it relates to data, records, and requests for certain types of information from that area.
