This is your chance to be part of our in-house Hilton Supply Management (HSM) team that supports our brands, owners, and operators! HSM has transformed how supply chain and procurement add value to the hospitality industry, with 6 billion dollars of spend influence, over 2000 suppliers, and support of sustainability, supplier diversity, and responsible sourcing goals. As a Analyst HSMx Service Desk, you will support the team in partnering with all our brands and helping influence and guide programs with unique and distinctive products and services. On the HSM team reporting to Director HSMx Service Desk, you will be the first point-of-contact to help hotel leaders, across ~9,000 hotels, in addition to 3rd party GPO customers in the US, Canada, Caribbean, and Latin America, optimize the vast resources, tools and initiatives which HSM provides to operators. Specifically, you will support hotel leaders by providing on-demand support through a variety of educational resources, performance-driving initiatives, strategic action planning tools, and guest service programs in a way that increases the self-sufficiency, development, and success of our customers.

HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT

Your role is important and below are some of the fundamental job duties that make your work unique.

What your day-to-day will be like:


  • Uncover trends and partner with supervisor on creation and enhancement of self-service tools for industry leaders.
  • Leverage HSM partners across the organization to identify and execute supplier-based opportunities.
  • Track support activities in Salesforce, MS Teams, etc. and assist to provide reports and meaningful insights for use by Hilton Supply Management.
  • Participate in relevant workgroups to share insights from hotel teams to influence future brand enhancements and HSM supplier expansion. Offer guidance to operationalize Brand and HSM initiatives.
  • Fulfill assignments which are developed to support HSM business objectives/Key Strategic Priorities.
  • Leverage a vast understanding of supplier relationships and core brand suppliers.

How you will collaborate with others:

  • Partner with other HSM teams to provide impactful and measurable support and best practices that positively influence trends and supplier adoption..

What projects you will take ownership of:

  • Conduct strategic 1:1 or group connections that positively impact purchasing or supplier concerns.
  • Coach hotel leaders by asking appropriate questions and guiding the use of Hilton/HSM resources and purchasing opportunities

WHY YOU'LL BE A GREAT FIT

You have these minimum qualifications:


  • One (1) years of customer service-related experience
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office capabilities.

It would be useful if you have:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Two (2) years of professional experience preferably in hospitality/supply chain related Experience
  • Bi-Lingual (Spanish)
