Job Description:

Volt is immediately hiring for a Senior Accounting Manager in Mount Arlington, NJ.


As a Senior Accounting Manager, you will:

• Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of the Finance department
• Ensure accurate and timely processing of accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions
• Coordinate and manage payroll activities, including payroll processing and compliance with relevant regulations
• Develop and implement internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations
• Lead and participate in financial audits, ensuring compliance and addressing any audit findings
• Collaborate with other departments to support financial planning, analysis, and decision-making
• Prepare and review financial statements, reports, and forecasts

This is a full time, direct hire position.

The ideal candidate will have:

• Degree in Accounting or Finance
• CPA license preferred, not mandatory
• 5-7 years of accounting experience
• 3-5 years of management experience

Salary: $100,000 - $130,000 per year.
