Job Description:

Liquid Environmental Solutions seeks an Administrative Assistant to join our team at our Dallas Plant!

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:



  • Ensure all work orders/purchase orders are managed per the company’s policies and procedures and that all transactions meet the customer’s criteria.

  • Obtain and process customer work orders/ purchase orders for scheduled routes and emergency services.

  • Assist in billing, creating invoices, and matching all work orders/ purchase orders with services performed.

  • Assist sales, customer service, credit and collection, and billing on accounts that require purchase orders/work orders.

  • Reconciles complex issues on customer accounts.

  • Communicate with customers on scheduling and completing work orders.

  • Prepares monthly summary reports on account progress.

  • Coordinates with other Liquid Environmental Solutions departments.

  • Performs other duties as assigned.

MINIMUM KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, & ABILITY REQUIREMENTS:


  • Excellent organizational skills.

  • Ability to prioritize and manage time.

  • Excellent judgment and decision-making skills.

  • CRM System Administration.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:


  • Must have High School Diploma or equivalent
