performing administrative duties primarily for the Regional Leasing Manager
answering multiple telephone lines, creating letters and compiling written communications, typing, filing
creating reports, maintaining reports, spreadsheets, and databases
researching legal documents such as leases and purchase and sale agreements, easements, and declarations
making travel arrangements and other responsibilities, as assigned
reporting, documenting, and following-up on miscellaneous issues with management companies, tenants, Facility Services, store managers, attorneys, and landlords
fielding calls from potential tenants inquiring about available rental space
preparing legal documents for execution
entering tenant contracts into Compass
High school diploma or equivalent
must have an excellent attendance and punctuality record
accurate typing skills (50-60 wpm)
excellent verbal and written communication skills
ability to read and interpret legal documents
strong organizational skills
ability to prioritize work
ability to make sound decisions and work independently
working knowledge of Word, Excel and Access
knowledge of Email and MS Outlook
accurate filing skills
must be able to work under deadlines and handle a high volume of work accurately
