Job Description:

The Krusteaz Company is looking for a talented, driven, and detailed Business Analyst to join the team! The Business Analyst position is responsible for supporting various processes and systems within The Krusteaz Company, with a focus on, Manufacturing Operations and Engineering applications and processes. This position requires strong business analysis, application support, and assistance to business users in identifying and evaluating new systems and procedures. The role serves as a liaison between internal business and technical stakeholders and facilitates the analysis, documentation, communication, and validation of business and system requirements. In addition, this role will involve various aspects of project management. This role can be located at our Corporate Office, one of our manufacturing locations, or remote within a state we currently have employees in.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities Other duties, responsibilities, and activities may change or be assigned at any time.


  • Aid in discovering, analyzing, designing, testing, and implementing changes, enhancements, and upgrades to system(s).

  • Elicit requirements utilizing interviews, document analysis, requirements workshops, surveys, site visits, business process descriptions, use cases, scenarios, business analysis, task, and workflow analysis.

  • Collaborate with project teams to clarify and improve implementation requirements and assist with project management and solution delivery.

  • Reviews current business processes to help determine where automation/improvements will drive efficiency.

  • Develops detailed implementation and contingency plans and support user training needs before, during, and after solution deployments.

  • Collaborate with Enterprise Architecture, Infrastructure, and Security teams to plan site infrastructure, as needed, to accommodate new equipment, systems, and processes.

  • Supports prioritizing system issues and troubleshooting systems to propose fixes as appropriate.

  • Assist in maintaining and enhancing systems, as required, to support changing business and technical needs.

  • Interacts with vendors that may provide consulting, training, and support of enterprise applications.

  • Participate and lead, as needed, new projects to ensure implementation success.

  • Travel to implementation sites, when appropriate, to assist in the on-site deployment and training.

  • Strong requirements elicitation and documentation skills required.

  • Possesses ability in the business unit(s) they support and an understanding of the IT organization’s systems and capabilities.

  • Possesses an understanding of technological trends and uses this knowledge to bring solutions to business units supported to enhance the enterprise’s competitive edge.

  • Strong interpersonal and facilitation skills.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

  • Adaptable, as well as skills in dealing with uncertainties.

  • Works well in a team environment.

  • Ability to travel up to 10% of the time is required, increasing travel based on business needs.

Education and/or Experience:


  • Bachelor’s degree in business or information systems – related area or equivalent combined experience.

  • 1-3 years of work experience in business/systems analysis and support of enterprise-wide application systems preferred.

Physical Demands and Work Environment:

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand, sit, talk, hear, and use hands and fingers to operate a computer and telephone along with reaching. Specific vision abilities include close vision requirements due to computer work. Moderate noise, ability to work in a confined area, and ability to sit at a computer for an extended period of time are also included.

Salary Information: An employee in this position located in Washington State can expect a salary range between $90,555 and $149,406. We typically pay out between $102,000 and $130,000. The actual salary offered will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including internal equity, experience, education, certification, training, and location. All positions are eligible for additional incentives based on business performance.
