About the Role: Right now, Convergence is the fastest growing, most visible priority in our company. With ambitious objectives in a competitive environment, we need a Converged data expert whose only ambition is to propel us forward to support the Convergence strategy and growth initiatives in Mass Markets Commercialization.
We are looking for an individual with data analytics experience on consumer postpaid Wireless and Broadband products, channels, and markets. Someone who can pull data by applying logical walkdowns and using the correct data methodologies and sources including OneID.
You'll also analyze the datasets to identify cohort opportunities by channel/market and make recommendations on opportunity tactics and measure their performance.
You'll work alongside strategic growth and distribution peers as well as dive into the trenches with our channel partners, specifically Call Centers and Online, aligning them to the same goal--supporting and driving Fiber penetration and Converged customer growth.
You'll build and maintain dashboards, reports, and executive presentation materials that track and explain converged performance in a way that a non-data expert can understand.

Overall Purpose: This career step requires senior level experience. This position analyzes data from multiple sources including datalakes, internal/external data, data warehouses, etc. Uses predictive modeling, statistics, trend analysis, and other data analysis techniques to collect, explore, and identify the appropriate data to be analyzed to explain or predict behavior, solve a variety of business problems, and build business cases.
Key Roles and Responsibilities: Responsible for business case development, big data analytics modeling using tools (Ex: including but not limited to: Tableau, Palantir, Power BI, Snowflake, Databricks, AWS Azure, Synapse, H2O Driverless AI, etc.), and business process integration. Gathers, analyzes, and interprets a wide variety of data to identify causal relationships, trigger points and ultimately make predictions. Builds predictive models using data, tests the model on results outside of the sample size, and verifies the model in the real world. Quantifies significance of data variances, applies an array of statistical methods ranging from traditional to newly-developing within the Big Data space. Uses traditional modeling techniques to build models that support decision making. Develops reports, charts, tables, and other visual aids in support of findings. Advises business partners with regard to patterns and relationships in data to recommend business direction or outcomes.
Job Contribution: Senior level technical expertise. Deep technical knowledge and subject matter expert on ATT technologies.
Education: Preferred Masters degree from an accredited University in a Quantitative field of study such as Data Science, Math, Statistics, Engineering or Physics.
