Job Description:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and results-driven Telemarketer to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers and prospects, conducting market research, and promoting our range of vending machines. You will play a key role in expanding our customer base and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Cold Calling: Make outbound calls to customers and prospects using a provided call list to conduct market research and/or sell our vending machines and related services.
Inbound Calls: Answer incoming calls and inquiries from prospective customers, providing them with detailed information about our products and services.
Script Utilization: Use provided scripts to convey information about product features, prices, and benefits. Present limited-time offers and promotions to encourage immediate purchases.
Needs Assessment: Ask pertinent questions to understand the customers requirements and needs, ensuring our products meet their expectations.
Sales Persuasion: Persuade customers and prospects to buy our vending machines by demonstrating how our equipment can effectively meet their needs and add value to their business.
CRM Management: Accurately record customer information and interactions in our customer relationship management (CRM) system. Maintain detailed records of activities and useful information to support ongoing sales efforts.
Customer Service: Address customer complaints or doubts professionally and effectively to safeguard the companys reputation and ensure customer satisfaction.
Customer Satisfaction: Go the extra mile to meet and exceed customer expectations, facilitating future sales and fostering long-term relationships.
