Job Description:

Our client is a major player in the health and wellness category and their mission is to empower individuals to achieve their health and fitness goals through cutting-edge products and personalized solutions. They are currently in an exciting and highly transformational phase as a business as they are evolving their brand, marketing and sales channels. They are currently looking for an accomplished Sr. Manager of Digital Marketing to join their team and play a pivotal role in this transformation.

The ideal candidate will be adept at developing tailored digital and multi-channel strategies that are aligned with corporate objectives. Key responsibilities include managing a small team as well as agency relationships. The role also requires the ability to leverage analytical tools to identify key customer segments, monitor relevant KPIs, and deliver key insights and recommendations to leadership teams. This role requires collaboration across marketing teams to drive the creation of effective marketing initiatives and ensure alignment with broader marketing initiatives and calendars.

Job Summary and General Duties:
• Develop digital and multi-channel strategies tailored to target and expand new and existing customer segments within the health and wellness CPG space in alignment with corporate and product portfolio strategies.
• Constantly monitor KPIs to measure reach, engagement, conversion rates, and retention of new and existing customers, as well as AOV, order frequency, and LTV.
• Utilize analytical tools and platforms to identify key customer segments and the most effective mixed marketing and digital channels to drive revenue and customer engagement effectively.
• Oversee the collection and utilization of first-party data through content, web, and email marketing to build effective multi-touch omnichannel customer journeys to nurture customers through the entire lifecycle - attention, conversion, repurchase, loyalty, and advocacy.
• Utilize analytics and performance data to develop actionable insights and recommendations. • Manage and support team(s) responsible for CRM, email, and SMS/MMS marketing efforts, as well as loyalty, referral, and subscription programs. Additional Responsibilities:
• Collaborate cross-functionally with digital marketing teams, product marketing, social engagement, and business insight teams to identify optimal customer segments and contribute expertise to build effective marketing strategies.
• Manage and leverage relationships with supporting agencies for email and marcom support
• Create new business opportunities and increase organizational revenue through innovative marketing initiatives.
• Collaborate with other digital marketing teams (e.g., Social, UX/UI, Paid Media) and broader marketing teams (e.g., Product Marketing, Sales) to ensure alignment with the strategic marketing calendar and priority initiatives.
• Oversee content team(s) and outsourced or agency resources to drive the creation of compelling and targeted content assets (e.g., blog posts and infographics) to attract and engage potential leads at various stages of the buyer's journey.
• Ensure strong and constant collaboration and coordination with Social Engagement and Paid Digital Media teams to optimize marketing efforts.

Attributes:
• Strong knowledge of e-commerce and digital marketing strategies.
• Excellent organizational and project management skills.
• Proficiency with lead generation tools and software (e.g., Salesforce).
• Proven track record of successful lead generation and sales.
• Expertise in CRM, email marketing tools, e-commerce, and CMS software.
• Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.

Experience and Education:
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5-7 years of digital marketing experience focused on growing revenues via the acquisition of new customers and the nurturing of existing customers in the health and wellness CPG sector.
• 2-3 years experience managing small teams and agency relationships
• Measurable Experience in developing and implementing digital strategies for organic customer growth, SEO, CRM marketing, and omnichannel customer journey development
• In-depth knowledge of CRM and marketing automation systems.
• Proficient in Office 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint).
