Supply cups for all cup setter magazines.
Clear cup paper stuck on a cupsetter head when necessary.
Scrape trays.

Cupper

Ensure cup paper size is correct for product being run.
Ensure each tray cavity has received one cup paper. If there are missing cup papers, notify the employee filling up the magazines and the extruder operator.
Reposition all incorrectly deposited cup papers and remove extra cups which may have fallen or stuck together. Replace all stretched, cut, or pinched cup papers with an acceptable cup paper.
Clean Tonnaer screw when line is down for one shift or longer.
Picker

Remove defective product from inspection belt and place into rework bin or stockfeed pan.
Watch for product jams at the picker, inspection belt, and main product belt.
Perform metal check every two hours while rotation person is present to help.
Reject large quantities of unacceptable product when necessary.
Clean metal detection probes & sweep platform.
Start and stop the Main line when necessary.
Perform metal detection check at the end of a production run.
Cleaning
Clean Tonnaer screw & housing when line is down for one shift or longer.
Clean work areas while line is down.
