Exciting opportunity to work for a well established developer based in Boca Raton, FL. This role will report directly to the head of development and provide administrative support to their current and future development projects.
Manage and prepare documents for development / construction projects
Distribute development and construction application forms to appropriate parties
Schedule meetings and publish meeting agendas, support documents and meeting minutes
Pickup and / or deliver documents checks as needed
Assemble project reports weekly
Prepare development schedules and timelines
Track permit submittals along with managing permit comment responses and re-submittals
Contact utility providers to create accounts
Manage payments of online billing
Manage tenant documents and schedules
Track tenant delivery dates and maintain tenant related schedules
Track all construction related tenant and landlord obligations; notify tenant and internal team of obligations and timing
Draft tenant correspondence relating to construction, delivery, and other obligations in accordance with lease
Coordinate / request required tenant information, such as insurance, notice of commencements, permit applications, permits, certificate of occupancy, and all closeout documentation per dates as required by the lease
Maintain various project and tenant signage approvals and requirements
Prepare lease exhibits
Coordinate the transfer of utilities
Experience:
Bachelors Degree
2+ Years of Construction/Development Administration Experience
Experience with Construction Document, Permits, and permitting process with municipatlities
Experience with Tenant Coordination experience is a plus
