**Office Manager** Our client is seeking an efficient Office Manager to join our dedicated team. This role includes providing vital administrative support to senior partners, accountants, and staff. The ideal candidate should be proficient in Microsoft Office Suites and familiarity with multiple software's, able to multitask and thrive in client-facing environments. Key responsibilities include maintaining office organization, carrying out a range of administrative duties such as answering phone calls, collecting new client data, proofreading, and editing documents, as well as client-facing duties. The role also involves maintaining confidentiality regarding work-related and personnel matters. Moreover, bookkeeping for clients will be a significant part of your duties-experience with QuickBooks is a plus, but training will be provided if needed. You will need a keen eye for detail, exceptional record-keeping skills, and a capability for inputting information into software/spreadsheets. **Bachelor's degree, preferred

**Technically proficient in Microsoft Office Suites, QuickBooks experience is a plus

**Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment

**Proven time management and prioritization skills and meet deadline

**Experience in the accounting industry, huge plus
