Staff Accountant



Location: Phoenix, AZ (West Valley)

As a Staff Accountant, you will report directly to the Corporate Controller and work interactively with the accounting team in a fast-paced, up-beat, multi-state environment.






Duties and Responsibilities:



• Prepare & post journal entries


• Expense analysis


• Accruals


• Gross profit reconciliation


• Compile & distribute various financial reports monthly


• Budget vs. actual expense analysis


• Reconciliation of general ledger accounts


• Prepare & file various monthly tax reports, including GL reconciliation


• Participate in budget forecasting


• Petty cash & reconciliation


• Participating in month-end close


Preferred Education and Experience:



• Bachelor degree in accounting or related experience


• 3 years General Ledger reconciliation experience


• SAP software preferred
