Job Description:

3-5 Must Have Skills/Qualifications

3+ years of a strong background with the principles covered by COMPTIA A+, Net+ or equivalent experience
i.e. software installations, desktop/mobile devices, basic networking, troubleshooting, PC repairs, operating system configuration
Server Experience (HyperV) and experience with backup processes
Strong Mac Experience - experience with troubleshooting VPN issues, installing VPN software onto Macs, etc.
Worked with a ticketing system - averages high volume of tier 2 issues
