Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
Analyze CMDB data to ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency.
Identify data discrepancies, anomalies, and trends to improve data quality.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement CMDB solutions.
Develop and maintain data governance policies and procedures.
Create and maintain reports and dashboards to visualize CMDB metrics and KPIs.
Conduct data audits and reconcile data inconsistencies.
Position requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.
Proven experience in data analysis, preferably in a ServiceNow and/or enterprise environment.
In-depth knowledge of CMDB concepts and best practices.
Proficiency in SQL, Excel, Python, and/or data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
Familiarity with ServiceNow modules such as Incident Management, Change Management, and Asset Management.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities while navigating ambiguous environments.
