About the Role:
As the Quality Manager, you will be a key player in ensuring the highest quality standards across all aspects of semiconductor manufacturing and design. You will lead the implementation of ISO 9001 and IATF 16949 quality management systems, collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement, and engage with customers to ensure their expectations are exceeded.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the implementation and maintenance of ISO 9001 and IATF 16949 quality management systems.
Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives through collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
Conduct statistical analysis and establish control plans to ensure product and process quality.
Lead quality investigations and resolve customer complaints effectively.
Conduct quality audits and participate in continuous improvement efforts.
Develop and manage systems for corrective and preventive actions.
Qualifications:
BSEE degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
10+ years of experience in quality management roles, preferably in the semiconductor industry.
Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 and IATF 16949 standards.
Proven experience in statistical process control and quality improvement methodologies.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across different teams.
Demonstrated leadership ability to guide and motivate a quality team.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience working with customers and vendors in the automotive industry.
Familiarity with power electronics and semiconductor manufacturing processes.
