Role Overview:
As the MEP Engineering Manager, you will play a pivotal role in managing the implementation of engineering practices and detailing during development and construction phases. Responsibilities include leading the development of MEP system designs, ensuring compliance with codes and regulations, supervising construction documents, and providing technical leadership to project teams. The role reports directly to the VP of Design.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
Professional Engineer (PE) license mandatory with the ability to review, sign, and seal documents in FL, GA, and TX.
Extensive experience in MEP design and project management.
Proficiency in BIM and relevant software tools (AutoCAD, Revit, etc.) preferred.
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
