Our client, a luxury fashion brand, is hiring a Logistics & Supply Analyst to join their team in NYC on a hybrid schedule (3 days in office).
Job Duties Include:
Act as primary point of contact for all IT-related supply chain and logistics issues
Resolve support tickets relating to relevant applications
Partner with relevant teams to implement fixes, improvements, and deployments
Report regularly on issue status and resolution progress
Develop documentation processes for all support activities, including issue identification, resolution steps, etc.
Contribute to knowledge base by building application maps, specifications, and documentation, etc.
Support on projects led manager as needed
Communicate project and initiative statuses with all impacted parties
Provide reports on the status of operations/projects
Maintain and enhance knowledge base
Assist in the design, architecture, and configuration of business applications
Specify system requirements to assess feasibility and risks
Job Qualifications Include:
6+ years in QA/supply chain
Experience in retail/wholesale is required; luxury is a plus
Strong understanding of integrations between systems
Knowledge of integration tech a must including API requests, EDI and x12 documents, architectural diagrams, flat files, etc.
Excellent problem solving skills
Heavy support L1 and L2
Base layer of understanding for tech architecture
Understanding of working with high volume is a plus
Salary: $80k - $100k annually
