Frette is seeking an experienced and entrepreneurial Marketing Manager to join the team. This individual will be a key business partner for our Wholesale & Retail division, responsible for contributing to the ideation of marketing activities for retention and acquisition, according to the global marketing strategy. A full responsibility for their implementation and for the daily support to all of Frette's US, boutiques and outlets, stores as well as wholesale partners.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Create and develop new retail marketing activities and on-going experiences, both in-store or digital, to support retail according to specific objectives, for example to increase brand awareness, loyalty, sales, new customers acquisition.
Collaborate with Commercial Directors (Director of Retail Stores & Wholesale Manager) as well as individual Store Managers across each Region to develop and execute local plans by managing timelines, coordinate creative asset development, and launch activations, and ensuring consistent standards across all global retail locations.
Work with cross functional partners, in the Corporate office and in the Local Teams, to identify areas of opportunity, and create and execute the initiatives in an impactful way.
Establish and maintain relationships with mall management/outlet center management and wholesale account marketing teams for cross-marketing activities.
Establish and grow trade relationships in collaboration with PR, by developing programs to support the trade business growth with retail division, with the aim to reinforce the brand positioning and strengthen the awareness.
Analyze area trends to identify opportunities to expand business, client outreach programs, competitor activity, and customer profile in local store locations.
Identify KPIs, and monitor, review and report on all marketing activities and results with ROI.
Facilitate sharing information across different corporate divisions with a multichannel approach.
Act as go-to person for the store staff to secure an overall alignment between the global strategy and local needs and opportunities (i.e. promotion calendar, CRM activities, drive to retail activations, etc).
Budget management
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:
Minimum of 5 years' experience in retail marketing with demonstrated success.
Demonstrated experience in the development and execution of retail marketing and communications activities, luxury experience preferred.
Project management and analytical skills, within a fast-paced working environment and with several different projects at the same time
Ability to think outside the box, bringing new ideas/ways to develop retail marketing
Proactive attitude, with a cross-functional, collaborative approach
Excellent oral and written communications skills.
Computer proficiency in Microsoft and Adobe products.
Able to travel as needed (up to 15%)
This position follows a hybrid work schedule, with a requirement to be in office 3 days per a week.
