Robert Half is partnering with a fantastic international performance marketing agency in search of a Paid Search Manager. This role will be critical in the development of search campaigns for a household-name client in the consumer technology space. Work Style: 3x/week on-site in Downtown Denver
Location: Downtown Denver
Compensation: Up to $80k + 10% bonus
Spearhead the planning, execution, optimization, and reporting of large paid search campaigns across multiple platforms
Oversee client communications across key accounts and present campaign performance and strategic vision at regular client meetings
Implement new ideas to improve the performance of campaigns including account structure, bid strategy, creative, ad copy, keyword expansion, audience management, and landing page optimization
Collaborate with the reporting team to drive data-backed innovation and strategy
Work closely with other channel teams to create best-in-class cross-channel campaigns
Maintain bulletproof organization of client spend, budgets, naming conventions, and account structure
Stay at the forefront of industry innovation and best practices, learn and grow your knowledge, and bring new findings and ideas to clients and internal teams
Requirements
3+ years of paid search advertising experience, within an agency is preferable
Degree in business, math, marketing, engineering, science or similar.
Track record of success with search advertising campaigns
Mobile experience
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously to meet objectives/key deadlines
Experience with website and lead analytics (such as UTM tagging, Google Analytics,).
Ad platform certifications
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Well-organized and flexible; able to move from project to project without delay.
