Description:

Within our Corporate Cheese Sales Team – Leprino is seeking an Associate Director, Cheese Sales to advance our organization with significant growth in customer relationships and sales effectiveness! At Leprino Foods, starting compensation for this role typically ranges between $152,000 and $190,000. This position has an annual target bonus of 15%.

  • Act as the primary point of contact for key strategic accounts, leading day-to-day interactions and resolving issues to strengthen customer relationships and enhance satisfaction.
  • Develop and deepen relationships with key decision-makers within major existing customers, ensuring alignment of business objectives and facilitating long-term partnerships.
  • Manage the strategic planning and budgeting processes for assigned accounts, focusing on achieving long-term profitability and account growth.
  • Negotiate product pricing and contracts that secure favorable terms, enhance margins, and support comprehensive margin management strategies.
  • Drive new business development by identifying and capitalizing on opportunities for new customers, products, and go-to-market strategies.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to support product development, quality assurance, and pricing strategy, ensuring a cohesive approach to customer management.

You Have At Least (Required Qualifications):

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a closely related field.
  • Ten years of advanced sales and account management experience within the food or beverage industry.
  • The ability to travel at least 50%.

We Hope You Also Have (Preferred Qualifications):

  • Twelve years of advanced sales and account management experience in the food space.
  • MBA, Master’s in Marketing, or similar subject area.
