The Associate Marketing Manager should be passionate about the pursuit of commercial success, which drives the sales of DDS Lab by strengthening new and existing client relationships. The Associate Marketing Manager is responsible for the implementation of strategic plans for DDS Lab products portfolio, in collaboration with marketing leadership to increase awareness, value, and drive growth.
Responsibilities
Provides overall content marketing support to the commercial organization.
Manage DSO omnichannel strategy.
Execute strategic marketing programs.
Work closely with field team to support resource and tool development needs.
Product/solution launch planning and execution.
Develop and maintain competitive knowledge.
Ensure the consistent presentation of the DDS Lab image through digital, print and social media advertising.
Facilitate the creative process, including submitting work requests, reviewing changes and routing for approval.
Work closely with various departments, especially the Sales and Education Teams, to ensure marketing campaigns are deployed as planned.
Contribute to brainstorming, consistently monitoring competitive landscape and marketing trends to make effective recommendations.
Establish and maintain effective communication and working relations with internal and external partners in order to secure and maintain their cooperation for assistance with special events and promotional programs.
Handle multiple projects simultaneously within established time constraints.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree required. Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Mass Communication or related field preferred.
A minimum of 3 years of marketing experience.
A minimum of one (1) year of experience in marketing strategy development, product marketing, or brand management in the healthcare, medical device, pharmaceutical or dental space.
Strong knowledge of marketing principles, strategies, and techniques.
Previous experience in a growing mid-size organization or entrepreneurial organization is a plus.
