Our client, a skincare and cosmetics brand, is looking to hire a Temp CRM Manager to join their team in NYC on a hybrid schedule (3 days in office). This is a temp position that will last approximately 6 months with no potential to extend. The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of relevant experience and a proven track record of strategic CRM management in a dynamic environment.
Job Duties Include:
Execute approved roadmap projects efficiently and within budget with an emphasis on reporting, email/lifecycle management, and media
Collaborate with local market CRM leaders to establish performance standards
Partner with stakeholders to establish guidelines, processes, and KPIs to achieve company objective
Compile customer data reports and deliver ad-hoc analyses as required
Collaborate on development and release of email/EDM content supporting marketing campaign
Review and enhance understanding of existing loyalty programs and provide reporting and insight to leadership
Support migration to a new customer data platform and develop custom reporting dashboards
Monitor local market media budgets and performance and implement optimization strategies
Ad hoc duties as needed and assigned
Job Qualifications Include:
8+ years of relevant experience, preferably at Director or Senior Manager level
Proven track record of strategic CRM management in a dynamic environment
Proficiency in PowerBI
Strong DTC knowledge is essential
Experience with Adobe Campaigns and CDPs is a plus
Beauty industry experience preferred
Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills
Pay: $65-77/hour
