We are actively seeking a critical team member within General Affairs field.

Locations: Sunnyvale, CA

Qualifications:
  • Entry ~ 3years experience
  • Flexibility to adapt and accept various tasks
  • Strong leadership, wide networking and good interpersonal skill
  • Easily build, have strong relationships and can communicated well with agencies, customers or suppliers
  • Teamwork valuing quality service, integrity, and accountability
  • Computer skills including Microsoft Office programs (Excel, Word, Outlook, Etc.)
  • Must be eligible to work in the US
  • Korean and English

Responsibilities:
  • Maintain company assets
  • Maintain non-employee administration
  • Coordinate events and customer/agency visits
  • Coordinate working and meeting schedule of each task
  • Review administrative contracts
  • Purchasing and AR/AP
  • Sales supporting
  • Help with preparing financial reports on a monthly, quarterly, semi-annual, and annual basis.
  • Review accounts payable records, process invoices, enter data into the system, and manage filing.
  • Analyze accounting information to produce detailed financial reports.
  • Generate precise reports for senior management review.

Job Type: Full-time, On-Site

Salary: Negotiable
