The IT Manager is responsible for overseeing the operations and uptime of all systems and applications within the information systems(IS) Department. This includes serving as the technical expert on systems administration in a large complex computing environment, as well as management of IT systems staff, the support services they provide to internal customers, and the delivery of projects as identified by the VP, IT.
Qualifications Required:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, information technology, Information Systems or related field, OR equivalent work experience.
Nine (9) years' comprehensive hands-on hardware and server troubleshooting experience in a network environment.
At least five (5) years of management/leadership experience.
Working knowledge of VoIP, LAN/WAN, Citrix, Windows, and VMware based programs.
Computer proficiency, particularly with the Microsoft Office suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Experience with the following technologies:
Active Directory management, on-prem and in Azure AD in a hybrid deployment.
Experience with Azure AD as identity provider (IdP) preferred.
TrueCare utilizes Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops. Ideal candidate has had exposure to VDI environments.
Meraki networking equipment including switching and wireless access points.
Experience overseeing implementations of InTune / Autopilot preferred.
SolarWinds or similar monitoring environments and concepts of ensuring proactive IT infrastructure alerting and management.
Transitioning of on-prem applications to cloud hosting equivalents.
