Full time in Oceanside M-F with a rotating Saturday for 40 hours / week

The Registered Dental Assistant is responsible for assisting the dentist and dental hygienist in the direct provision of primary care dental services to patients of the health center.

Also responsible for sterilization, preparation and inventory control of dental instruments and supplies.

Must Haves:

• High School Diploma
• Graduate from a California Board-approved Dental Assistant education program
• Registered Dental Assistant w. California Dental Board
• Current CPR/ BLS from the American Heart Association (AHA)
• Bilingual in Spanish
• Availability to work Saturdays as needed

Nice To Haves:

• Associate degree in a healthcare related field
• Experience working in a community clinic setting

Licenses:

Current California Registered Dental Assistant License (Coronal Polish/ X-ray/ Sealants - Pit & Fissure Sealants

If you are hired at TrueCare, your final base salary (within the pay range), will be determined based on factors such as education, knowledge, skills, and experience. In addition to those factors, we believe in the importance of pay equity and consider the internal equity of our current team members when determining any final offer. Please keep in mind that the range mentioned above is the full base salary range for the role. Hiring at the maximum of the range would not be typical to allow for future and continued salary growth.
