About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Functional Oracle ERP Cloud Consultant to join our team in Houston, Texas. In this role, you will be responsible for implementing and supporting Oracle ERP Cloud solutions across various modules, including Financials, Supply Chain, and Projects. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to understand their business requirements and provide functional expertise to ensure successful deployment and optimization of the Oracle ERP Cloud system.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the implementation and configuration of Oracle ERP Cloud modules (Financials, Supply Chain, Projects) to meet client business requirements.
Conduct functional workshops, gather requirements, and create detailed functional specifications.
Collaborate with technical teams to ensure seamless integration and data migration.
Provide expertise in best practices for Oracle ERP Cloud and guide clients through the implementation process.
Perform system testing, validation, and troubleshooting to ensure system functionality and user acceptance.
Develop training materials and deliver end-user training sessions.
Support clients post-implementation with ongoing optimization, troubleshooting, and enhancements.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Oracle ERP Cloud updates, new features, and industry trends.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
Minimum of 8-10 years of hands-on experience with Oracle ERP Cloud, specifically in Financials, Supply Chain, and Projects modules.
Proven track record of successful Oracle ERP Cloud implementations and support.
Strong understanding of business processes in financial management, supply chain management, and project management.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills to work with clients and team members.
Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Oracle ERP Cloud certification is a plus.
