LaSalle Network has partnered with a governmental entity in Nashville, TN seeking a Senior Project Manager. The Senior Project Manager will serve as a cloud subject matter expert and trusted advisor, providing technical support and architectural guidance to leadership, business partners and internal teams. This role is responsible for advanced technology architecture, engineering and administration, ensuring high availability, performance and support for the timely coordination and provision of healthcare services.
Senior Project ManagerResponsibilities:
Develop comprehensive strategies to enable infrastructure transformation
Define policy, manage priorities and provision infrastructure to ensure timely, budget-compliant and high-quality service delivery
Provide support for extensive configurations and the movement of sensitive data between environments
Identify build optimization opportunities, manage cloud relationships and set directions for the future of cloud computing systems
Oversee infrastructure engineering and application interoperability
Direct architectural aspects of systems across IT and business functions
Oversee system computing initiatives
Provide Cloud Brokerage support for federated interfaces into multiple cloud providers, requiring rapid provisioning of newly standardized services
Maintain and optimize tools that support the delivery and availability of cloud services, ensuring ITIL-compliant service development
Manage the migration of applications and services to the cloud, collaborating with various teams to plan, execute, test and transition application migrations
Engage and manage stakeholders and vendors to gather feedback and offer guidance
Oversee test plans, test scenarios and validate program activities to ensure adherence to operational requirements
Collaborate with vendor partners, customers and teams to lead policy, process and technical discussions, facilitating the adoption of system technologies and practices
Senior Project ManagerRequirements:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology or a related field
10+ years' experience designing, executing and supporting IT solutions or systems
Broad knowledge of technologies related to applications and IT infrastructure
Effective written and verbal communication skills to articulate complex system functionalities to management and IT development partners
Team player with experience managing vendor teams and stakeholders
Experience working in a healthcare IT environment preferred
Substitution of Experience for Education: 15+ years' professional experience in positions associated with architecting IT solutions or systems, managing IT projects and leading teams
Proven ability to back decisions with research and articulate options clearly a plus
