- Provide professional functional and/or programming support for a large multi-facility healthcare organization.
- Apply extensive and advanced principles, theories, and concepts, contributing to the development of innovative solutions for complex problems.
- Act as a system expert or business consultant on complex projects or systems.
- Manage small to large projects addressing both strategic (long term) and operational (immediate) issues.
- Formulate systems scope and objectives, resolving complex technical issues.
- Ensure that operational improvements and changes are implemented and monitored to increase efficiency.
- Provide technical and operational guidance to ensure that installed systems function effectively and proposed systems meet future organizational needs.
- Serve as a mentor, offering direction, training, skills development, and guidance to less experienced departmental staff.
- May assist management with short or long-term management needs.

#### Required Qualifications
- Extensive experience with Oracle Cloud Finance modules, including General Ledger (GL), Cash Management, and Accounts Receivable (AR).
- Proven track record of managing small to large projects within a multi-facility healthcare organization.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to develop innovative solutions for complex issues.
- Excellent technical and operational guidance skills.
- Demonstrated ability to mentor and develop less experienced staff.

- Experience working within a large healthcare organization.
- Advanced degree in a relevant field.
- Additional certifications in Oracle Cloud or related technologies.
- Demonstrated success in implementing cost-saving and efficiency improvement initiatives.
