We are seeking an experienced IT Operations Manager to coordinate and monitor our company's Managed Service Provider (MSP) and manage computer-related activities. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to make informed hardware and software decisions to meet the company's technology needs.
Responsibilities
Coordinate and monitor the company's Managed Service Provider (MSP).
Prioritize and assign team members (MSP team members and internal company members) to CIS projects while also assessing performance.
Coordinate and direct computer-related activities.
Determine the technology needs of the company and making hardware and software-related decisions to meet needs.
Requirements
Experience with AutoCAD.
Experience in MSP management.
Expertise in IT asset and hardware management (Dell computers, PCs, Chromebooks, and mobile devices).
Proficient in Google Suite.
Strong understanding of CIS principles, programs, policies, activities, and procedures.
Ability to resolve conflicts in a professional manner.
Provide proper guidance and leadership.
Accept change with a positive and proactive attitude.
