Job Description:

The Scrum Master will serve as a facilitator for Agile teams working under the Scrum methods. This role is pivotal in ensuring the successful implementation of Agile practices within our dynamic and innovative gaming projects. As a Scrum Master, you will guide teams of 10+ developers, driving the development of groundbreaking products and ensuring the smooth flow of Agile processes.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
• Guides and coaches the Scrum Team on how to use Agile practices and principles to deliver high quality products

and services to customers.
• Coaches the Scrum team in self-organization, cross-functional skillset, domain knowledge and communicates

effectively, both internally and externally working within the Scrum theory, practice, and guidelines.
• Works with internal and external stakeholders to influence and drive decision making and support organizational

project or product teams.
• Resolves team impediments with other Scrum Masters to increase the effectiveness of the application of Scrum

methodology in the organization.
• Exemplifies and promotes Agile values and principles and contributes to the advancement and improvement of its

practices within the organization.
• Facilitates and supports all scrum events: Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Sprint Review, and Sprint Retrospective.

Education & Experience/Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree, 4+ yrs of product/project development, or equivalent relevant experience.
• Scrum certifications are a plus.
• Proven experience working with teams of 10+ developers and QA Teams, promoting a collaborative and

productive environment
• Demonstrates in-depth knowledge of Agile frameworks or methods (i.e., Scrum, Kanban) and has a thorough

understanding of the software development lifecycle.
• Experience with Agile development tools such as Jira, Linear, or similar platforms is essential.
• Intermediate working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including but not limited to Outlook, Word,

and Excel.
• Outstanding communication, facilitation, negotiation, and coaching skills.
• A solid understanding of traditional project management principles and practices.

Expected Hours of Work:

This is a full-time position. Workdays and hours are Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. with occasional overtime and/or some weekends, as needed and approved by manager/supervisor.

Travel/Office Location:

Employee has the choice of working remotely or as otherwise required by the company. There is minimal to no travel associated with this role.
