Job Description:

Infosys is seeking an Amazon Connect Architect. In this role you will lead Contact Center Transformation development activities related to design, build and implementation of work product. You will participate in requirements elicitation, analysis of architecture, create and review design and contribute to activities related to estimation, development planning and Task tracking. You will act as a Lead and support the project team in developing optimized high quality deliverables. Required Qualifications:
• Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Juno Beach, Florida or be willing to relocate to the area. This position may require travel in the US.
• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
• At least 7 years of Information Technology experience
• Experience with Amazon Connect
• Knowledge and experience with full SDLC lifecycle

Preferred Qualifications:
• At least 7 years of Software Development Experience in Contact Center transformation projects.
• Good working knowledge in Amazon Connect and AWS Services
• Experience in having CI/CD pipeline setup for Amazon Connect components using GitHub actions, CloudFormation templates
• Hands-on experience in building reporting data pipeline from Amazon Connect reporting to AWS S3 bucket or publishing endpoint
• Design experience in setting up AWS DynamoDB tables for Contact flow consumption
• Design experience in setting up data flow from systems like SAP, Adobe Campaign Manager, Salesforce to AWS DynamoDB tables
• Testing experience in validation of Contact flows for Voice, Chat, SMS and Social listening interactions
• Experience with IVR development, Agent skill setup and Routing Queues
• Understanding of AWS Cloud or Cloud platform being used to host Cloud CC platform
• Hands on Experience on Integration with Enterprise systems using REST API
• Working knowledge of Source code repo, Continuous Integration
• Ability to interact and co-ordinate with cross functional teams
• Good knowledge of SDLC process and Agile methodologies
• Hands on experience in Requirement Analysis and Impact Analysis
• Ability to work in diverse/multiple stakeholder environment
• Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment

The job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Should be able to communicate by telephone, email or face to face. Travel may be required as per the job requirements.
