Corporate Creations provides registered agent services nationwide for our legal clients. We save time and reduce the workload of our clients by acting as a competent extension of their team.

As an expert in customer service with a focus on attention to detail and time management, this role holder will be the guiding hand as we deliver billing on behalf of our clients.
Some of your key responsibilities will include:
- Post client payments daily by recording checks, wires and credit card transactions
- Work with other departments to ensure all services are being billed accurately and timely
- Responsible for issuing invoices on daily, weekly, monthly or client specific basis
- Monitor client account details for non-payments, delayed payments and other irregularities
- Review status of delinquent accounts and initiate appropriate action by contacting each account (verbal/email)
- Research and negotiate disputed charges and chargeback claims
What will you bring to the role?
As you've probably gathered by now, we are looking for somebody with a real passion for customer success and will have the ability to bring people together to work collaboratively, achieve objectives, and influence stakeholders to get the best outcome.
Other key skills required for the role include:
- High School Diploma or GED
- At least 1 year of collections experience required
- Accurate data entry skills with an exceptional attention to detail required
- Excellent communication and customer service skills, both verbal and written - bilingual speaker, in Spanish preferred
- Able to manage relationships both internally and externally
- Superior spreadsheets skills - utilizing Microsoft Office Suite: Intermediate Excel required
- Excellent computer skills, including typing, scanning, email, and internet research.

Compensation. The base pay range for this role is $22 - $24/hour. This base pay range is specific to California and North Palm Beach FL and may not be applicable to other locations.
