- Lead and manage a team of developers, business analysts, and other professionals.

- Conduct regular one-on-one meetings with team members to provide feedback, address concerns, and support their professional growth.

- Foster a collaborative and inclusive team culture.

- Technical Expertise:

- Stay up-to-date with TRIRIGA technology trends, industry best practices, and emerging tools.

- Hands-on experience with TRIRIGA development, BIRT, Integration and related technologies.

- Provide technical guidance to the team, ensuring high-quality deliverables.

- Collaborate with architects and technical leads to define system architecture and design.

- Collaborate in Code review , technical review of deliverables.

- Manage development, support , testing ,and Infrastructure tracks with technical input and guidance.

- Project Management:

- Prioritize projects based on business goals, resource availability, and strategic alignment.

- Create detailed project plans, including milestones, deliverables, and timelines.

- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.

- Stakeholder Management:

- Single point of contact with customer on TRIRIGA Program.

- Engage with internal and external stakeholders, including customers, executives, and cross-functional teams.

- Build strong relationships and manage expectations.

- Facilitate communication and alignment between different groups.

- Business Strategy and Growth:

- Work closely with business development teams to identify growth opportunities.

- Contribute to the development of TRIRIGA's long-term strategy.

- Explore new markets, partnerships, and revenue streams.

- Reporting and Metrics:

- Prepare monthly business reports, highlighting key performance indicators (KPIs) and project status.

- Analyse data to identify trends, areas for improvement, and opportunities.

- Innovation and Automation:

- Collaborate with TRIRIGA practice leaders to drive innovation within the organization.

- Identify areas where automation can improve efficiency and reduce manual effort.

- Conflict Resolution and Escalations:

- Address team conflicts promptly and professionally.

- Escalate issues to senior management as needed.

- Maintain a positive and constructive work environment.
