Our start up retail and hospitality client is seeking a client facing Desktop Support specialist to join their rapidly growing company. The ideal person can work solo while providing accurate and reliable escalated tech issues to third party vendors while assisting customers in person in a timely fashion. If you are the type of person to provide excellent customer support and handle a wide range of tech issues, then look no further!
MUST HAVE:
5 years in IT
Start up/retail environment is ideal---someone who can work solo but can report accurate IT information to their vendors
Amazing people and customer facing skills (will be handling IT issues in front of customers and team members, not many private places in the building)
