Job Description:

The Product Manager is a strategic thinker who sets short/long-term goals and business trajectory for the company's products employing tools such as roadmaps while simultaneously aligning each strategy with the company's overall vision. The Product Manager is responsible for product planning and marketing, including managing the product throughout the Product Lifecycle, gathering and prioritizing product and customer requirements, defining the product vision, and collaborating with engineering to deliver winning products. This role will work seamlessly with our team on a suite of innovative products with the aim to disrupt the market and redefine user experiences.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
• Using market research to get ideas for products that customers will want.
• Facilitating and strategizing the design, manufacture, marketing and promotion of a product.
• Managing a team of developers on day-to-day running of the department.
• Defining product marketing communication objectives.
• Providing analyses, reports and defining processes for operational needs of the organization.
• Identifying and overseeing the research needed to anticipate the features which will captivate customers.
• Reviewing and adjusting inventory levels and product production schedules to maintain product availability.

• In-Depth industry knowledge, including technical and market, is crucial.
• Understanding user flows to create engaging and seamless experiences is a must.

• Exceptional written and oral communication skills within and outside the organization.

Expected Hours of Work

This is a full-time position. Workdays and hours are Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. with occasional requests for

additional hours and/or some weekends, as needed and approved by manager/supervisor.

Travel/Office Location:

Employee has the choice of working remotely or as otherwise required by the company. There is minimal to no travel associated with this role.
