The IT Technician is responsible for the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of hardware and software systems within our organization. Will ensure the efficient operation of IT systems and provide technical support to users.
Essential Functions
Set up new computer systems, install software applications, and configure network settings.
Provide support to users experiencing technical issues with hardware or software. This includes remote assistance, phone support or in-person troubleshooting.
Perform regular maintenance on IT systems, including updating software, running diagnostics, and ensuring security measures are up to date.
Monitor and manage network systems to ensure they are running efficiently. This includes setting up and maintaining network devices such as routers, switches, and firewalls.
Ensure data backups are performed regularly and data recovery processes are in place.
Qualifications & Requirements
An associate or bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science or related field.
Previous experience in IT support or technician role is preferred.

Work Environment & Physical Demands
This position requires regular office work and occasional on-site visits to other Tally locations.
