A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE (BILINGUAL)

As a Customer Service Representative, your exemplary leadership guides employees toward the quality services that our clients desire. Strong communication and active listening skills help you answer and direct calls with conflict resolution capabilities aiding you in handling difficult customer situations. With excellent organization, you manage tasks and projects to meet objectives for the department. Your open-mindedness develops valuable suggestions for policies and procedures. CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE (BILINGUAL) QUALIFICATIONS
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Fluent communicator in both English and Spanish
  • Prior customer service experience
  • Basic computer software knowledge

WORK SCHEDULE

The typical schedule for our full-time customer support specialist is Monday through Thursday from 8 AM to 5 PM, and Friday from 8 AM to 2:30 PM. This is a reliable schedule with no sudden changes, and supplies you with an earlier start to the weekend for an excellent work-life balance.
