A fast-growing company is looking for someone who can own and help grow this international freight forwarding department - someone growth-minded, entrepreneurial, hands-on, and a relationship person. The right candidate will come from a smaller freight forwarding firm with solid import experience (Asia to US - full container load) who has worked for a small Freight Forwarding company and has experience managing a team of 4 people.

Qualifications:
Strong experience handling OCEAN /IMPORT files from A to Z. (Beginning to end and everything in between)
Experience managing a team of 4.
5 years experience handling import shipments for a small freight forwarding company.
Ocean import experience. (Full Container load from Asia to US)
Experience working with smaller accounts - for example. 30-50 + containers.
Experience working at a smaller firm approx. 50-150
Need someone growth-minded and entrepreneurial.
Strong experience developing personal relationships with customers.
