As a Financial Advisor you will work directly with individuals, business owners, and families to help them navigate and secure their financial future. You will: • Serve as a trusted advisor to your clients • Work with clients in the areas of financial position, risk management, retirement planning, tax management, wealth accumulation, and estate planning • Drive a world-class client experience • Develop a market of clients by prospecting, networking, and engaging in community initiatives
Build and maintain excellent working relationships with internal & external partners and teammates
The ideal candidate: • Is passionate about financial wellness • Is a self-starter • Is coachable • Has an entrepreneurial mindset • Has an overall mindset of continuous improvement • Has excellent verbal and written communication skills • Has a high EQ (emotional intelligence) • Embodies the highest level of professionalism • Is able to build and maintain relationships with others • Currently has the following licenses (or is willing to obtain them within the first 6 months of hire): Life & Health, SIE, Series 7, and Series 66
